a puppy playdate

Tibby and daisy had some friends over to play. They are crazy when they run around in the back yard. It's like they have rockets on their feet. So when two smaller dogs come over to play they run over them, literally, over them. It's actually quite funny to watch. After their play date Tibby and Daisy are very happy. They are such cutties.

one last romp in the snow.

On Monday, we had snow. Yes I said it. Snow. After having May in March, we have now had January in April. The dogs loved it. Daisy in particular, she's not so fond of 60+ weather. It will be a very long summer for the poor puppy, but at least she had this one last romp in the snow.

It truly is amazing when these two get going. They run with such speed and play so roughly. It's amazing to watch.

When these two get going they are pretty funny. They zip so quickly around the yard weaving, and dodging, and yes, every once and a while attacking each other. I like to think of it as watching light speed zoom past you. I think a lot of it is their hair. They have so much of it that everything looks so much more dramatic. No matter what way you look at it, they are spectacular when they run.

I have been wanting to get a cute picture of both Tibby and Daisy together, but have not had any luck, until now. I tricked them with carrots! It took a few times to get them to stay, but eventually it all worked out. My mom was very excited to finally have a few great pictures of them together.

These two are something else. I can't believe how big they have gotten. Trust me, when I call them mosters, that is exactly what they are.

I love getting them to run. Their hair flys backward as they galop along, and galop is the perfect way to describe the way they run. It's too cute.

Bath day means it gets a little more "wild kingdom" around here then usual. Don't let their calm faces and cute looks fool you.

Fall is such a pretty time of the year. These are a little late in the season, but I think the colors are still beautiful.
