flags

For Memorial Day a local organization sponsored flags to be put up in a vacant lot near the middle of town. They were beautiful. The way they were lined up so perfectly blowing in the wind, and each to honor a loved one. Words escape me.

It was a great experience photographing them.

why yes, I eat my mexican with chopsticks.

Wednesday night I went to Taka Taka, they serve Mexican sushi and Japanese tacos.
Weird right. It was an interesting experience, to say the least.

Plates of Mexican sushi went around the restaurant on a conveyor belt It was very mesmerizing.

We were so awesome that we won a free desert. (Honestly I think they saw a diverse group of mid 20's adults and thought we were a great test market for a potential desert - but I won't complain.)

pumpkins and a hay ride

Last week I picked out my pumpkins! I can't wait to carve them...
I can't decide what I want to do this year. Last year I did a Starry Night inspired pumpkin... hum what to do what to do...

After picking out pumpkins there was a hay ride! It was a beautiful night for it!
